A Junior Sales and Marketing Executive plays a key role in supporting the company’s revenue growth by assisting in sales activities, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement efforts. This role involves identifying new prospects, supporting lead-generation activities, and helping convert potential leads into customers. You will contribute to both sales execution and marketing campaigns while developing strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a competitive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in sales and marketing team meetings and contribute ideas.
  • Help maintain and update the CRM database.
  • Assist in preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist in negotiating deals under guidance.
  • Prepare and deliver basic presentations on products and services.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field
  • Experience in customer relations, sales, or a related area is an advantage.
  • Experience in a banking or financial services environment is a value-added advantage.
  • Patient, independent, good time management, and a growth mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; creative, meticulous, and result-oriented.
  • Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.

The Sales & Marketing Intern will support day-to-day sales and marketing activities, content preparation, and customer engagement tasks. This internship is designed to provide hands-on learning experience in B2B marketing and sales operations, helping interns build foundational skills in communication, marketing execution, and industry understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Support in content creation and marketing outreach.
  • Help coordinate marketing campaigns, webinars, or events.
  • Assist in preparing simple presentations and product overviews.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or any related field.
  • Creative mindset with a strong interest in sales and marketing.
  • Any experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is a bonus.
  • Interest in the banking, financial services, or technology industry is an advantage.
