Role Description

We are seeking talented software developers to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our core financial technology applications. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects that shape the future of our financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions using React Native, C#, JavaScript, .NET, and SQL.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, quality assurance engineers, and other developers to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the .NET ecosystem.
• Lead the development of assigned features or modules.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met.
• Assist with technical design and architecture discussions.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent related to Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Experience or knowledge in Agile and waterfall project management principles.
• 4-7 years of experience in software development with C#, JavaScript, .NET, and SQL.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying complex software solutions.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
